A federal judge in Boston is allowing a lawsuit against the Trump administration’s ending of temporary protections for immigrants to proceed on the grounds the decisions were motivated by racial prejudice.
U.S. District Judge Denise Casper rejected Monday the government’s bid to dismiss the lawsuit, which a group of immigrants and civil rights organizations filed in February in response to the cancellation of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haiti and El Salvador.
Statements by administration officials — including President Donald Trump — make it plausible that “a discriminatory purpose was a motivating factor in a decision” to wind down TPS protections, Casper said.
“Plaintiffs have successfully made out their prima facie case,” she wrote in a ruling that allows the lawsuit to go forward, according to Reuters.

On what legal grounds does she base this judgement?
Temporary status is solely the under the powers of the executive office pursuant to las written by the legislature.

Obvious rampant abuse by radical left leaning judges to impose legislation needs serious addressing. This abuse has been ongoing from day one in President Trump’s election.
If the federal supreme court won’t put a stop to frivolous use of the judicial system, who can?
The trend is clear: liberal female judges don’t give two poops about the constitution or the law, nor do they think too hard. You can get them to rule anything you want as long as it hurts Trump.
NOT that long ago, in our youth we used to laugh at the great comedy by George Burns, and Gracie Allen. This quote from Travelanche about Gracie sums up my point:

I never knew Burns, and Allen to be political in their act, but I look back at Gracie, and "the twist was, she was talking preposterous nonsense", and that's what we see always out of the left.

My first thought as well.
Whatever you do judge, don't look to the LAW to decide cases, rather look into the hearts and minds of the administrators (and our President) hundreds of miles away and decide for yourself what the law should be and how you wish to rewrite it.
