Earlier today it was reported that Robert Mueller is seeking to give immunity to five potential witnesses in the Paul Manafort trial according to a new court filing Tuesday. It’s now suspected that two of the witnesses are creepy and criminal Podesta brothers, the Democrats’ poster boys.
Mueller is filing the requests under seal; Manafort is facing charges of bank and tax fraud and his trial begins next Wednesday in the Eastern District of Virginia.
The five potential witnesses have not been charged and their identity has not been released to the public.
Via NBC reporter Tom Winter: NEW: The Special Counsel’s Office notifies the court that they will seek immunity for up to 5 people to testify under conditions of immunity in the upcoming trial against Paul Manafort in Virginia. They say these people have not been publicly named before in the case.

Can’t immunity be rescinded easily -if it can be shown they life even once? Trouble is that within the swamp community we could find nobody who wind do that.
Mueller does not have the power to give immunity.
He is not a jury.

What? Juries don’t grant immunity. Prosecutors do in exchange for testimony.

It will come down to it’s not that there is any proof against Tump, it’s “the seriousness of the accusations” that will get Trump impeached. Everybody is now frre to lie in court without any repercussions.

No brainer; Had to be part of the original “get Trump” plan to make sure non of Hillary’s personal henchmen would not face legal consequences for their crimes. Protecting the hag and Ovomit. Everybody knows Mueller is a criminal, his investigation to get Trump is criminal and yet it persists. Trump could stop it by ordering the declassification of all of DOJ and FBI documents pertaining to this hoax. What in the hell is he waiting for? Once Mueller gets him on a fabricated crime, he’s done. Surely Trump gets that.

The Insurance Policy is getting pretty complicated going back 12 years when Manafort only was with Trump for a couple months.
