Can you imagine the pain of having to use your private jet because you broke your thousand-dollar tablet and couldn’t stand a creaky drawer in your luxury RV?
Such is the rough life of U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill.
Senator McCaskill’s phony campaign RV tour — parts of which she spent traveling on her private jet — definitively demonstrates how out of touch she is with hard working Missourians.
When confronted with evidence of her dishonesty about her private jet, McCaskill whined, "I added some stops with the use of the plane, but I was on the RV so much that the broken drawer drove me crazy. I even lost an iPad around a corner on the RV.”
Senator McCaskill believes a squeaky drawer and a busted iPad justify taking an expensive private plane on a supposed RV tour. Meanwhile, there are many Missourians who can’t even afford an iPad in the first place, much less a luxury RV or private jet.
McCaskill’s deep detachment from the lives of normal Americans is reflected not just by her travel arrangements, but more importantly, by her voting record.
For instance, she voted against President Trump’s historic tax cuts, which put money back in the pockets of working Missourians and their families. The President’s tax reform expanded the child tax credit, doubled the standard personal deduction, and reduced income tax rates across the board for the middle class.
Senator McCaskill tried valiantly to defend her use of a private plane. She said she shouldn’t have to apologize for “paying on my own dime to visit more Missouri veterans.” Maybe she should apologize for trying to deprive those veterans of the money President Trump’s tax plan saved them.
Tax reform isn’t the only area where Senator McCaskill demonstrates how out of touch she is with average Missourians.
The Senator voted against President Trump’s immigration compromise in February, even though two-thirds of Americans supported it. She also opposesthe President’s efforts to fix an international trade system that has seen American manufacturing and farming decimated by foreign cheating. This is why Missouri’s net farm income dropped from $3.2 billion dollars in 2008 to $1.5 billion by 2015.
McCaskill stood in the way of President Trump’s efforts to fix the country’s healthcare system that she and her Democratic peers messed up so badly. Thanks to Obamacare, individual health insurance premiums in the state rose by double digits this year.
McCaskill may like to pretend she’s not like the extreme members of her party who inhabit Washington D.C., New York, and San Francisco, but her voting record suggests otherwise.
For years, Democrats like Claire McCaskill have pretended to be the party of working people, all while creating conditions that have gutted America’s middle and working classes. McCaskill fought President Trump’s efforts to give money back to average Americans and is fighting his efforts to build an international market that is actually fair for American workers.
Unlike McCaskill and her Democratic colleagues, President Trump is actually working to make America a great place for all Americans, not just elite interest groups and wealthy senators who can afford to take a private plane on a “bus tour.”
President Trump is finally restoring hope to the forgotten Missourians the Democratic Party left behind. Don’t let Claire McCaskill and Chuck Schumer stand in the President’s way of making America and Missouri Great Again.

Few D.C.ers resist the lure of the trough - but some dive in faster and deeper than others.
Sadly, beating incumbent senators is no easy task. They are generally very good at deceiving voters. McCain is a classic. Always acts conservative around election time—just enough to win the primary of course—and then wins reelection by forcing Republicans to choose between bad (McCain) or worse (a Democrat).
It’s really quite disappointing to know we fought a revolution against a king and his aristocracy only to create one of our own. It boggles my mind when I look at most senators. How do these ancient, out of touch aristocrats manage to cling to office well past the time most Americans retire? But they do!
I have nothing against the elderly. I’m no spring chicken myself. However, there comes a time when our minds and bodies are not what they once were, and leadership should be turned over to a new generation. Nevertheless, there are too many like McCain who will literally not leave office until it’s pried from their cold, dead hands!
Regarding Claire McCaskill, here’s a senator who has never well represented the people of her state, and she’s a reliable, lockstep vote for the Democrats, even though Missouri is relatively conservative. She acts like a moderate centrist, but she’s a guaranteed vote for the left—always! She should have never been elected in the first place, but now’s the time to send her packing.
Who is running against her? Hope they can overcome the Shit Louis and Kansass City democrats.

McKaskill and the Democrats hand picked the last Republican candidate. They advertised for him and attacked his opposition and thousands of them crossed over to vote for him in the Republican primary. Won’t happen this time.

The R candidate needs to keep it simple:
“My opponent has made it absolutely clear what her number one priority is—and that is helping illegal aliens. My number one priority—the U.S. citizens of Missouri.”

How does a Senator get to own a private jet? Unless she has private wealth, this has got to stop.
Consider the previous Senate elections:
In 2012: McCaskill:54% and Akin:39%, with a third party candidate getting the rest.
In 2006, McCaskill narrowly squeaked by with 49.6% to republican Jim Talent.
The 2006 election is the one that is more pertinent. Recall that in 2012, McCaskill had no challenger in her primary, and the dufus republicans had an OPEN primary, so the democrats conspired to vote in the republican primary for Akin (a wing nut). This was just enough to give Akin victory in a 3-person primary battle. Shortly afterwards, Akin made his stupid ‘if a woman is really being raped then the vagina contracts, making intercourse impossible’ comment. Akin then refused to quit the race. Akin was a gift to McCaskill, and this was the reason for her huge victory margin.
The 2006 result is a better model. But this ain’t 2006. This is 2018, where the democrat party has taken a far left turn. All of these attacks on Trump by the lamestream media are having the opposite effect IMHO.
And just like Hillary, there is the McCaskill ‘hag effect’. Sorry to say it, but it’s true.
As long as the republican candidate does not put his foot in his mouth a la Akin, MO should go red.
Unlikely she owns it outright herself. More likely, she's allowed to use it by a wealthy benefactor whose interests she represents.
LOL! Im with Mark Levin on this. What is the purpose of the US Senate? Why does it even exist? As for McCaskill and her ilk, living like eighteenth-century French royalty, to hell with them.
