Fargo - Moorhead (MN) s a quarter million folks, fast-growing, and has influence across the state line. MN could flip.
Justice Kennedy left the court in a classy manner. Reporting that he was taken to the White House under cover to hand the resignation to the President in person before it leaked out. Trump really appreciated that and let the audience that Kennedy was a class act.

Justice Kennedy was true to his word. He told Justice Scalia that he would only retire under a Republican President and U.S. Senate. Like you said, he even bettered that by delivering his retirement letter to President Trump in person without the knowledge of anyone else, including his colleagues.
President Trump was truly humbled and appreciative and I’m so glad he’s speaking gallantly about Justice Kennedy. Thanks to Justice Kennedy, President Trump just might get another one, two or three SCOTUS nominations, so these midterm elections are extremely important!
