This is somewhat correct. Seehofer has forty things on this list, and I doubt that the public has seen more than half of the items.
Add to this, there is an agreement on the books, well over 20 years, which says where you land...is where you declare asylum. Seehofer wants to enforce what already exists.
Thanks pepsionice. The sad fact is, the AfD will be opposed by all other parties, as well as the media. And only the AfD has any meaningful plan to end the human sea of jihadists overwhelming Germans in their own country. All the other parties want business as usual, but with some obfuscation that will be regurgitated by the compliant media there. Perhaps the best outcome would be removal of Merkel as party leader and emergence of a rational replacement for her.

He is very persuasive and is able to show bad people the error of their ways and how things will start going badly for them if they persist.
