Translation: We’re worried the attorneys for the Russian defendants might leak that we filed the case based on Fake News and no evidence. They never expected the “case” would ever see the light of day.

If Russia is so inept at collecting intelligence that they need to use the US court system, then why is he still investigating Trump?

He’s laying the foundation for an excuse to dismiss the case so that he won’t be embarrassed when he loses.

Mueller is not worried about Russia learning what the methods are that US intelligence services guided by the oboma administration are, Mueller is worried the American people will find out. Mueller wants to keep the corruption hidden from the light of day.

Special counsel Robert Mueller's team is worried that Russian intelligence services will use a criminal case in Washington to gather information about its investigation and U.S. intelligence-gathering methods.

You opened the ball. Enjoy the dance.

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Oh, what a freaking joke.

Mueller brings charges then is AFRAID to present “evidence” in court because RUSSIANS may show he is full of bs.

I pray for a giant wave of voters to INCREASE the House of Representatives Republican advantage AND give us more Senators from the party-—and this CHARADE of a FAKE RUSSIAN COLLUSION witch hunt can END. Cut it off NOW.

So far, only one defendant, Concord Management and Consulting LLC, has appeared in the case, and prosecutors say they're worried information they provide to the company's attorneys could end up in the hands of other defendants or Russian spy agencies.

So the dumb bastards filed criminal charges in the case, and now they don't want to turn over information to the defendants?

Mueller is admitting that his investigation might as well be a Russian intelligence-gathering operation.

This reminds me of a comical exchange I once observed between a judge and a plaintiff's attorney in a civil trial. The plaintiff's attorney was trying to quash several subpoenas that had been served by the defendants, and the basis of the plaintiff's opposition to the subpoenas was -- get this -- that it would be a hardship for the parties who received the subpoenas to comply with them.

The judge actually burst out laughing:

"You should have thought of that before you filed this lawsuit, counsel."

Are we getting around to the obvious conclusion that Mueller is an idiot?

Oh, forgot, he’s a liberal. The conclusion is therefore mandatory.
