The title of this article will raise eyebrows even among conservatives, but read on. The title is accurate and undeniable.
The left has succeeded in driving a final nail in the coffin of the Boy Scouts as it once was. The organization is now a shell of its self. It capitulated first on “gay” scout leaders, then on “transgender” scouts, and now on girls joining the Boy Scouts.
Progressives bask in their triumph, dancing on the grave of an organization they never wanted to build up; it was an organization they wanted to take down. For the left, this is less about giving something to girls than taking something from boys. It’s another scalp on the cultural-ideological wall.
Lest anyone think this isn’t a take-down, or a fundamental transformation, well, consider that the Boy Scouts of America, founded in 1910, will now be called simply “Scouts BSA” for those ages 11 to 18 (a change openly celebrated with puffy propaganda pieces by PC-stylists at the BSA website). This is a coerced inclusion of gender-neutral “Cub Scouts.”
The Boy Scouts have been emasculated, neutered. The organization that prided itself on courage stands impotent, fearful in the face of feminists and LGBTQ militants. They’ve cowered to the forces of “diversity” and “tolerance.”

This makes me very angry. I have some very fond memories of participating I the Boy Scouts when I was young.

This makes the point that their Oath and Law meant nothing, and is not in their leaders’ minds or hearts. The time for the fight to turn them is past. Time now for Congress to drop them, but they won’t have the balls.

I disagree with the main point here. Progressives didn’t destroy the Boy Scouts. The BSA was already dying a slow death for decades when the progressives finally euthanized it. The BSA died because it had become just like many other large organizations: a bureaucracy whose primary goal was to perpetuate itself rather than to achieve an actual mission.

The tragic, bitter irony of this whole thing is the BSA is the victim of its own success. It did such a great job of training boys to be responsible men that it attracted tremendous support from all of the population, including big business and massive corporate support. In
turn, that support enabled it to grow and develop a massive overhead that made it mortally vulnerable to its corporate supporters.
Obola’s 2008 election was the disaster that led to BSAA’s downfall. The Obola regime was a desperate threat to every large corporation in America and each did its best to appease the regime to avoid destruction. A long step toward successful temporary appeasement was to adopt the homosexual/communist agenda that included destruction of the BSA as its centerpiece. Then the corporations, like Exon/Mobile, that really ran the BSA, did the dirty work, leaving us where we are today.
Thanks to the liberal-socialists the Boy Scouts have been destroyed. They have caved in to the lefts political Correct and destroyed the very heart and soul of the organization. And all of this is done to insure the destruction of masculinity and turn a once proud bastion of Boy to become men into a bunch of wimps at the call of feminazi’s and queer’s.
Three separate groups would solve the problem.
The Scouts (mixed group, including all of the confused youth)
The Boy Scouts (normal boys’ group)
The Girl Scouts (normal girls’ group)
Parents can choose.

Can someone please tell this author that the war is over. The BSA lost, after being stabbed in the back by multiple cowardly traitors, including Robert Gates and Rex Tillerson.
I think BSA membership peaked in the 1970s and has been declining ever since. This — not a political agenda — is why they decided to allow girls to join. Give it a few years and they’ll allow dogs and cats to join, too.
The real scouts need to GTFO out of this perverted organization and form a new one.
Boy Scouts is utter proof that the slippery slope theory has just become the slippery slope law.
They fought the homosexual lobby for decades up to a victorious SCOTUS opinion. They finally caved in 2013. (follow the money)
Since then, the cave in have gone from decades, to years, to months to weeks.

If you care about your sons character, BSA or whatever they call themselves this week is not the place to be. There are still good people involved at the local volunteer level, but the management and councils are increasingly toxic. I’m partial to Trail Life USA.
The Boy Scouts and “Just Law” was lost decades ago—long before they were booed at the Democrat National Convention and forced to welcome the practicing sodomites/boy rapers (satanism). They lost the freedom of association-—gave it up voluntarily....which is antithetical to the Constitution, and impossible with our unalienable “natural rights”.
But the evil people at the HEAD of the organization were satanists-—and hated God and freedom and Natural Law Theory (our Constitution).
The homosexuals (sodomites) took over control of the Boy Scouts so they could force “Pride” in Satanism (dehumanizing, degrading acts) (back in the 80s to condition the group to eventually embrace sodomites/sodomy) ( to normalize vulgar, dehumanizing, degrading, meaningless acts on others/self and call it “love”-—flipping 2000 years of Ethics/language back to paganism and a satanic worldview where Slavery is Freedom, etc).
The Boy Scouts started “losing” when they rejected freedom of association and freedom of speech (thinking) and literally ejected the Christian worldview (founding ethics of USA and Boy Scouts), as fundamental to their philosophy (theology).
Christianity is the ONLY rational religion and just “ethic” system in the world. It is based on not just the Bible and Jesus, but on Natural Law Theory (science/reason/logic which Marxists (satanists) throw out for radical egalitarianism (where Boys can be Girls, Men can have sex with boys which is their final end game for destruction of all identity and differences and the end of the Natural family (transhumanism of Huxley/NWO), etc).
Fortunately , there are several alternatives to the Sodomy Scouts , some church- sponsored and some not. Parents definitely need to look around and select the best one for their kids in their community ( or help bring a good one to their community
