Judicial Watch Director of Investigations Chris Farrell discusses the DOJ inspector generals report that outlines exhaustive political corruption. OIG release #1 proving former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe authorized leaks to the media, then lied to FBI investigators in an effort to cover them up.
There are so many threads of information surrounding the 2016 operation to conduct political surveillance on the Trump campaign by various officials and offices within corrupt structures of government, its easy to get lost. However, if we take all the various bits of information and place them together a less confusing picture emerges.
The {Go Deep} summary outline looks like this: The FISA-702(17) About Queries; the political opposition research of Fusion-GPS, Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr and Glenn Simpson; the DOJ officials and FBI officials; the U.S. State Department and U.N Ambassador Samantha Power; the Clinton-Steele Dossier and Christopher Steele; the FISA Title-1 surveillance warrant; and the unmasking by former Senior White House officials: Lisa Monaco and Susan Rice.

“Lets hope so. I think they should be reorganized with greater oversite. Perhaps folded into state law enforcement orgs.”
State and local agencies make the FBI look clean.
“The IG, which conservative nuthouse fluffs, is a part of the FBI”
IG is part of DOJ as is FBI.
It’s the DOJ OIG, not the FBI IG. And the DOJ IG is actually established separately by Congress and reports jointly to Congress and the AG personally. It is very different from most other units of the DOJ, which actually report to the Deputy AG rather than directly to the AG.
I wish I could agree with that statement.
But it's more likely that over at the DOJ and FBI the criminals are rolling in the aisles with laughter
at the idea that anyone still thinks that they give a damn about the law, the Constitution or what the rubes who vote think of them.
Rosenstein, Strzok and Page still have jobs at the FBI.
Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Loretta Lynch, James Comey and Andrew McCabe are still walking around free as a bird and still trashing President Trump.
Robert Mueller is still conducting a Witch Hunt and destroying the lives of any Trump supporter he can entrap.
Did my shark tag full off
The FBI should be state-centered, with a small role for Feds to integrate information and de-conflict ops.
A 4D chess move like that would be Trump-like - it would focus the public on the IG report and the cause of that move: the Obama-Clinton spectacular abuse of Fed power. (Someone notify Scott Adams.)
That is what his responsibilities are. Why have IGs for the various agencies if they do NOT do the intended job function.
The alternative is not too palatable if Horowitz doesnt do his job.
PROBABLY...The NSA. Let’s remember who was at the top of the NSA. Susan Rice and Ben Rhodes. PROBALY THE NSA? I don’t think so. ABSOLUTELY THE NSA.
“Blue line.
If they break their silence, they will be unemployable.”
Sort of omerta.
People like you were in the rabble facing Pontius Pilate screaming Barabas, Barabas, Barabas
The FBI should be state-centered, with a small role for Feds to integrate information and de-conflict ops.

In the internet age, the need for a centralized agency like the FBI is reduced if not eliminated. Better to have many separate state agencies with the ability to share info. This sort of decentralized system would go a long way toward preventing corruption that tends to take root in agencies like the FBI where all power is given to them with little to no oversight. And in the case of the current FBI, that agency now openly thwarts any attempt at oversight.
Sometimes it is best to take down the “building” and start over because it has been remodeled too many times.
Trump is in the process of fixing the DOJ and the EPA. When will he get to the IRS and Department of Indoctrination.
The FBI should be state-centered, with a small role for Feds to integrate information and de-conflict ops.
I grew up in the last of the local justice of the peace generation. Then we were told thru the movies and media about all “the boss hoggs” and that the power needed to be moved up to the state level for professional, competent , regulated reasons. Then thru the courts and federal growth it was all moved to CENTRALIZED FEDERAL JUSTICE.
The corruption NEVER went away, it became more centralized and powerful. Hell, we didn’t even get rid of the local corruption, it just morphed................
Perhaps under normal operations, but sessions has recused himself from all things that appertain unto his actual job, so won't Horowitz be effectively reporting directly to weasel rosenstein?
Even if Congress refers crimes found in the IG report to DOJ, they'll still go to rr and hence into the vast circle file into which all dem illegalities go.
Good point. Sessions recusal concerning the campaign and Russia could seem to make RR the Acting AG concerning those topics even if coming from the DOJ OIG, although it should be noted that discipline or charges from IG reports are the responsibility of the Office of Professional Responsibility or a US Attorney anyway.
Execute them all for treason. That might discourage this a little.
Oh, it will be but only by violent revolution as is always the case with this naked ape.
