On the April 5 Fox show The Five, the crew was discussing the movie Chappaquiddick and how some "powerful people on the left" tried to block the movie.
It is telling that some still want to block a movie about how Kennedy left Mary Jo Kopechne to die inside the submerged car that he drove off the bridge in 1969. Kennedy is dead, so why hide the truth at this late stage?
Williams said he didn't know the "story" of Chappaquiddick. You would expect that someone whose job is a paid political commentator would know the story. Kennedy would have been the Democratic nominee for president but for Chappaquiddick. Kennedy was lauded by the Dems and the media as the Lion of the Senate.

How did Ted get out of the car (when the doors were closed) when she couldn’t?
Juan Williams could not be dumber. Hes like a broken record of a bad song.
And when Juan's alter ego, Richard Fowler "sit's in," it goes down to a weak four. The only thing to recommend it on those days is to see if it's a "cleavage or a non-cleavage day" for Kimberly Guilfoyle.
No way, anytime Williams is scheduled to be on, Fox would do so much better to just set a rock right there on the desk where Juan’s stupid face is supposed to be.
They could even write the word “JuAn” on it and give it a little mustache. I might not even change the channel if they do that.
I am not a student of Chappaquiddick. I don’t know how Kennedy got out of the car or why MJK couldn’t get out the same way.
Yup. Also note that Ted Kennedy ran for president against Jimmy Carter in 1980. I guess Juan was 25 then and probably was working as a journalist. Maybe Ted’s sordid past never got mentioned in Juan’s circle of associates, but I remember that it was discussed frequently by normal people.
“Juan Williams .... could not have been dumber”
Juan Williams is a complete MORON, in the literal sense.

How did Ted get out of the car (when the doors were closed) when she couldnt?
********************************************
Since hes a Kennedy, he probably pushed her back out of his way to clear his exit from the submerged vehicle.
At the hearing poor Ted complained that she was pushing and hitting him. That was because he was standing on her while he exited, and he did not think to reach down and give her a helping hand.
Not surprising that the left wants the truth suppressed about one of their own. They always protect murderers who vote for liberal laws.
Stupid Juan got black privelege.
Juan is well dumb.
Token: adjective
1.
done for the sake of appearances or as a symbolic gesture.
(of a person) chosen by way of tokenism as a representative of a particular minority or underrepresented group, picture of Juan Williams.
“Juan, it’s okay that you aren’t too bright, you are the “right” color.”
Diversity? No, RACISM. (reverse racism is still racism)
(see tagline)
he said that?????
then he swam away and went to sleep for 10 hours????
I'm no expert, but always assumed she was injured, drunk, or disoriented in the back seat of a car that was upside-down.
Kennedy must have escaped out the front door (or window), leaving her there. Door and window handles were under water by now, with water rising. She bobbed around in the air pocket, panic-stricken, rather than attempting to escape. The car filled up and she suffocated.
JMO
LOL!
I wasn't even born yet, but Chappaquiddick was considered "need to know" history in home school.
Excellent summary.
Juan must have practiced, in front of a mirror, that expression of complete befuddlement when saying something like, “I can’t believe what I’m hearing at this table.”
