Unfortunately, the dimly lits in the media, local or otherwise, don’t know we’re not a democracy!

Wow, it makes me wonder if there is any real reporting left. Or are we subject to nothing but fake news these days, endlessly looping?

I always enjoy Rush L’s compilations that use the ‘word or phrase of the day’.

Years ago when I did not have cable, I watched the network world news. Some times, a local station would change the time and put the world news on the second half hour. That would give the me opportunity of watching the world news from 2 different networks.
I quickly noticed that they had basically the same new stories. Occasionally, the order was different, but the content was almost word-for-word. I marveled at how 2 or 3 different networks could condense the news from the whole world into nearly identical segments.
I also learned that, on slow news days, a poll commissioned by the network was a headliner. Curiously, the results of the polls almost always was in line with the political narrative.
I also noticed frequent lengthy ‘reports’ on a new drug that was just hitting the market. I realized those were most likely infomercials paid for by the Big Pharma but disguised as news.
Just another example of why I don’t watch the MSM news, including Faux News.

I think those are all owned by the same company, Sinclair, obviously repeating the same prepared script written by the parent company.
CBS, ABC, Fox local...it’s across the spectrum.
I just saw NBC in there, too.
Sobering. But there is no collusion between the democrat party and the national press corpse.
Between the FBI-CIA-NSA and Hillary’s White House-CIA-NSA-FBI appointees and her national press corpse.
But for how long? In the Max Headroom world, Edison Carter found a TV with an “off” button. "Hey, these are illegal."
