Is it normal for Google Maps to blur out a house? Right now where LE is in Pflugerville at N. 2nd St and Wilbarger St there is a house blurred out when you are at street level. It sits on the Northeast corner.

I wonder if two recent bomb episodes in Wisconsin are related? We had one white guy, same age, building bombs in his apartment, blew himself up and contaminated the entire building, which had to be burned down.
And then something similar in Madison; they found chemicals when other complained of the smell, but no explosion:

I’m not sure what their criteria are for blurring a residence at the street level view but it seems to be related to Police and Gov’t officials. Not sure if normal people can request it or not.

Signalling Systems No. 7 (SS7) is the telephony signaling protocol that (among other things) provide for mobility and roaming in cellular communications.
The protocol dates from 1975, and is not encrypted or otherwise protected.
Using rudimentary tools that have been widely available prior to 2008, just about anyone can track a cell phone from virtually anywhere in the world.
Generally, it helps if you know the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) which is used on Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) cellular networks or the Mobile Equipment Identifier (MEID) which is used on Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) cellular networks.
Most mobile devices come with an IMEI and and MEID.
If you know the cell phone number you want to track, but don’t know either the IMEI or MEID, you can collect it via SS7.
Chances are he didn't transport all that bomb material all the way from San Berdoo. I have a hunch he hooked up with some homegrown ANTIFAs who had/made the bombs. I bet he was an eager volunteer/patsy for the ANTIFAs of Austin.

Are you saying that the Fed's can get a record of all roaming signals and those phone's ID from the FedEx office at the time he dropped off the package even if he didn't use the phone? And then get info on the individual phones and by means of elimination zero in on the bombers phone?
When will the picture of the bomber wearing a MAGA hat emerge?
