Will the $1000 iPhone price jump exponentially? Or will the rest of the Pacific rim take up the slack.

The Chamber of Commerce is going to collectively soil their underwear.
And then money is going to start pouring into Democrat campaigns as Robert Mueller cranks it up to 11. Just you watch.
This is war.

This follows the news last week the Trump Admin. nixed the Broadcom-Qualcomm merger - largely because of the R&D lead such a deal would cede to Chinese computer maker Huawei, which is a defacto subsidiary of the Beijing government. It was a move aimed at protecting U.S intellectual property

This move by Trump is as idiotic as the Korean Nuclear War that he just kicked off with his mindless taunting of Kim, the endless Days of Rage being waged against us by the Palestinians over Trump boneheaded recognition of Jerusalem.
And THAT’S just scratching the surface,

We have been pussy footing around China since Nixon, out of fear or self interest, I don’t know. But finally we have someone who is putting the screws to China. This can only benefit America. Sure, dollar store shit will be more expensive, but worth the cost.
Thanks so much for your support to this point... I personally apprecaite it...

Good. Trump made a campaign promise, and he has kept it - what a refreshing change compared to other politicians. My only complaint is that the tariffs don’t go far enough or cover enough nations - trade with China isn’t the sole reason for our massive trade deficit or for de-industrialization and capital flight.
To: NRx
We should put 100% tariff on anything made in China.

Put tariffs on all the worthless crap that the Red Chinese ship over here to sell for $2.95. Cheap wood or plastic crap that lasts six weeks at best.
