If this is an accurate description then I would like to know why ICE does not think it appropriate to obtain arrest warrants for individuals they wish to arrest. I refuse to believe that there is not some way for them to develop and expedited process for obtaining warrants in cases where ICE need to take custody of an illegal alien who has been arrested by state or local authorities.

the Denver Sheriff’s office is refusing to comply with the agency. Instead of cooperating, the sheriff’s office said it wants a warrant.
