I wish cities and states would cooperate with ICE to remove criminal illegal aliens from the country but I was troubled by this: The problem is, obtaining a federal warrant for each individual is "extremely time consuming" and something ICE just "doesn't have the resources for,”...

If this is an accurate description then I would like to know why ICE does not think it appropriate to obtain arrest warrants for individuals they wish to arrest. I refuse to believe that there is not some way for them to develop and expedited process for obtaining warrants in cases where ICE need to take custody of an illegal alien who has been arrested by state or local authorities.

why ICE does not think it appropriate to obtain arrest warrants for individuals they wish to arrest.

Probably the main reason is, they are NOT REQUIRED TO!!! ANY Person in the country illegally is subject to arrest and deportation, NO warrant necessary.

this does not alleviate the the Criminal Liability of State Officials who All know this. They should ALL Be Arrested and Prosecuted by the US Attorneys Office today.

DOJ could set up specific tribunals and rotate appointed judges to hear these requests daily. But Sessions won’t. He’s too busy chasing potheads in Denver than the illegals roaming 16th Street Marketplace, or elsewhere
