Trump’s DOJ filed a lawsuit against California late Tuesday evening over their dangerous and unlawful sanctuary city policy being enforced by politicians such as Governor Jerry Brown.
Speaking in Sacramento Wednesday, Attorney General Jeff Sessions blasted California lawmakers for protecting illegal aliens in their ‘sanctuary cities.’
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) immediately fired back at the Trump administration’s move to finally put an end to the insanity of sanctuary cities.
The Democrats don’t even try to hide it anymore. They openly fight for the invaders who are leeching, killing and raping American citizens.
Pelosi tweeted: “The people of California will not be bowed by the Trump Administration’s brazen aggression and intimidation tactics. We will fight this sham lawsuit and will fight all cowardly attacks on our immigrant communities. #ProtectDREAMers”

Immigrant communities? Illegal aliens aren’t immigrants, they are invaders.
Have you ever seen a Democrat or even a politician for that matter fight this hard for law-abiding, taxpaying American citizens?
If politicians like Jerry Brown were arrested for breaking federal laws, sanctuary cities would quickly disappear.
The Supreme Court means the entire federal judiciary, all of which is under the jurisdiction of the SCOTUS.
The original Supremes used to travel the country “on circuit” presiding as judges in every municipality in which there were cases pending. Then they’d go back to Washington, DC and hear appeals to SCOTUS. That’s where you get Circuit Court of Appeals. As the US got bigger, permanent circuit court judges were appointed to hear the appeals from the district courts in their area, who were also given permanent judges. But it’s all really SCOTUS acting as the administrative head of the entire federal judiciary system.

So an illegal who committed a crime doesn’t have to be reported but a State/local politician tipping off illegals to an ICE raid is indeed obstruction?

Every time Pelosi goes before the cameras and starts heehawing, all it is is a campaign commercial for CA Democrats, all directed at foreign nationals and illegal aliens, in an effort to make damn sure to remember which party to vote for.

Besides, I'm not really sure what Sessions expects from the law suit other than showing he still breathes air. He should start protecting the President. After all, California is killing itself with all the Mexican nationals it hordes.

trump is the responsible player. The buck stops in the oval office. He surrender his power to judges before and he is doing it again now.
