How can a court say an EO can not end..............it was never a law
Anybody know if this was an individual judge’s decision or the whole court/

Everything appears to be stacked against Trump. I imagine he’s wondering why he even bother to try to save the country. He has to fight everyone, even his own party. The only thing with him is we the people.
The open borders oligarchs will not be denied.
This essentially means that renewals can continue indefinitely while the case goes through the lower courts (which will take a year or more), and the March 5 deadline goes away.
so, the democrats are now free to run out the clock and foul at will in the late fourth quarter.
The issue here isn’t so much DACA as it is the more pressing concern of the judiciary assuming control over the executive, by fiat no less. That’s too important to be ignored.
So the SCOTUS simply refused to jump in until the appeals court has had its say.
The “Rule of Law” in America is as dead as a hammer. Proceed accordingly.
Good. DACA is officially “OVER!”.
The Courts had their chance, now it’s time to stick a fork in DACA!
NO More DACA! Period.

I guess instead of winding it down, they need to just let it expire. A court can’t then extend it. That would be making law of a sort. And overtly so.

Request made. Request denied. Wait till the 9th CCA does its thing, then resubmit. Next Case...
OK,so will the 9th Circus now rule or has this decision made that unnecessary? If they do rule they’ll clearly rule against Trump and,if that happens can the government take it to SCOTUS once again?
This all comes back to no state challenging the original clearly illegal DACA edict in the first place.
Now both sides have the pressure lifted for at least the next year. Trump will have to be creative to get the wall funded now.

It’s understood that the Sotomayor judge has diabetes and it’s affecting her job. Maybe her and Kennedy will be the first to leave.
Tell the appellate court to enforce their decision.
