The decision was unanimous; no dissenting opinions from the court. That decision, though, was whether or not to expedite the hearing to SCOTUS, not on the merits of the case.

No, short of some other intervention—DACA lives beyond March 5th.

It has to go through an appeals process through higher courts then go to the supremes. So it won’t end in March.
