This stinks to the max and a major miscalculation by Trump. He should have let those ten states attorneys general proceed with their anti-DACA lawsuit http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/06/30/republican-state-ags-threaten-lawsuit-if-trump-doesnt-end-daca.html
Wiseguy Trump was going to trade DACA for The Wall but now he has no DACA to trade or bargain with
Secondly he does indeed still have DACA to use as a bargaining chip, it has merely been delayed. However, he has every right to end an EO, and the courts can only delay it temporarily.

First off no miscalculation by President Trump. They threatened suit if he failed to act to remove DACA. He did and they didn’t file their suit.

Oh, HELL yes it was a miscalculation. Terminating was part of his original speeches as well as his 10-pt immigration plan....He punted, he extended the deadline.
IMO, he took the ill-advice of his (R)N(C) inner-circle and is now paying the price

Now, you’re just making excuses...
1) Pres. don’t make law, hence the original EO is/was illegal. His extension gave it a sheen of ‘legality’.
2) Courts don’t make law, justice delayed in justice denied; we have another Court power-grab going on.
The facade of Equal/Rule of Law is finally falling for all to see; the Constitution long ago having died. Just look at the recent FL shooting, people are actually WAKING-UP to note the smoke-screen has CONSEQUENCES.
Yes, one of many errors Trump has made. Even his original appointments have proved mostly useless.
