According to legendary political operative and InfoWars correspondent, Roger Stone, lawyers for Gen. Michael Flynn are preparing legal action to have all charges against him dropped.

Strzok’s texts rebut the presumption [I know, but the law is a ass that is what the law presumes] that he is an honest, reliable and neutral public servant. Therefore his testimony as to what Flynn told him is not reliable evidence and that fact is material to Flynn’s decision to accept a plea. I am sure that there is a lot more than that, but that is the start of the legal argument. Then, that his boss McCabe wanted to eff Flynn so that they could eff Trump creates the presumption of a conspiracy to deprive Flynn of his civil rights etc.

The Nunes/HPSCI memo contained references to information that was never used in Mueller's investigation (I would assume this was the case because FISA surveillance materials would almost certainly be considered inadmissible in court), but may have huge ramifications for Flynn's sentencing or even his guilt.
Flynn probably now has all the legal standing he needs to get his hands on any FISA warrants, surveillance materials, etc. related to him.
His legal team might even serve the subpoena on the House intelligence committee in addition to Mueller.
I'm sure Rep. Nunes would be all to happy to comply with any demands for documents related to the FISA surveillance of Trump campaign team members.

We’re still going to need video. “Direct sources” is too easily explained away under the best of circumstances, and we’ve seen plenty of stuff from “sources” that hasn’t panned out.
I must say that this article, being more than ten months old, almost wrecks the possibility for me. If “F Kelly!” was said there and then, and there was video of it, I have to think that we’d have seen it by now, even in just the past few days as everything started to accelerate.

It is legal for an investigator to lie to a subject being investigated, but it is illegal for an investigator to misrepresent what the subject said to the court.
That is what I propose - that Strzok just wrote up damning things, that Flynn never said - things that would fit the narrative that wanted to create, and which would constitute a crime (if Flynn had actually said them). I suggest that LTG Flynn was deliberately framed by a crooked cop, rather than artfully caught in a mis-statement.
The same thing with the Steele dossier. It was not “dirt” that he was paid to dig up (like legitimate opposition research). Instead, Cody Shearer and Sid (Vicious) Blumenthal wrote up a “dossier” of complete lies, which fit the political messaging that they thought would serve the Clinton campaign best (alienate women, suppress Trump base voters, etc.). Steele was just paid as a “cutout”, to make it look like the story was coming from a credible source.
Entirely a setup - completely a framing of an innocent person, to destroy them for political purposes.

But at the end of the day, it looks as though McCabe has f*cked himself!
All of this dirty dealing was done with the thought that Hitlary could not loose, so they did not covered their tracks sufficiently. McCabe, there is a cell in Leavenworth waiting for you. Your cellmate will be a 350lb. homosexual!
