Probably because they’re a Democrat.
And that’s the dirty little fact behind ALL of this - you CAN’T trust a RAT in ANY position of power whatsoever. Judge. General. Reporter. Politician. Garbage collector - they ALL put their warped ideology before ANYTHING.

Then there have been fairly credible conflicting reports on that point regarding correction of typos and resolution of ambiguities with a team of FBI's looking over his shoulder.
If Schiff is indeed able to demonstrate even the slightest of alterations, material or otherwise, that were not sent back for a committee vote that will unnecessarily cloudy the public perception.
