Former U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo is ending his bid for the Republican nomination for Colorado governor on Tuesday because he hasnt raised the money he believes would be necessary to win an expensive election against a wealthy Democrat willing to spend millions on his campaign, Colorado Politics has learned.
I do not want to win a primary and lose a general, and I fear that was where we were going, he told Colorado Politics in an interview.

Colorado Ping ( Let me know if you wish to be added or removed from the list.)
Stop it. You fool no one. You’re a Never Trumper.
I didn’t know about voting laxities in CO, but the state is hopeless. Some say it is the most beautiful state physically though.
That explains it to those who forget. The RNC started it years ago by backstabbing him here and there, but running off 3rd party further the deterioration. Also, how old is Tancredo?
Thanks snarkpup.
This is good news, Tancredo is not electable.
State Treasurer Walker Stapleton seems like obvious choice.
Tancredo is a good guy. Too bad we all can’t send his $5.00.
Yep - I tell them I donate directly to Trump because they haven’t proved they are interested in winning conservative causes - riding his coattails and acting as if they are an extension of him will not get them any of my money.
Tancredo is also a loser of the highest order. NO CHANCE he wins in CO, and the lefties have little to do with that. Tancredo is his own worst enemy.
Colorado is just starting to get a taste of the politics resulting from the in-migration of Californeos.
Wait until, the donkeys impose the “top two” vote-getters on the primary.
Whoa dude!
That means two Demoncrats on the ballot, a real choice.
“Colorado is just starting to get a taste of the politics resulting from the in-migration of Californeos.”
The out-migration of Californians is one of the bad results of the massive 3rd world immigration into the state. It made CA crowded, expensive, and culturally alien. The no borders Bush wing of the GOP deserves a lot of the blame.
