The Center for Immigration Studies has listed areas in jeopardy of losing their Byrne Justice Assistance Grants, which it called the largest source of federal criminal justice funds for state and local authorities.
Some cities have sued to stop the administration.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement has been eager for the funding crackdown because some 300 sanctuary jurisdictions block their agents from entering jails to arrest criminal illegals. Instead, they have to wait until the illegal immigrants are arrested and ICE officials say that makes it a far more dangerous situation than in a jail.

ALL Federal funding should be cut off to sanctuary cities.
Take all federal money from all sanctuary cities immediately.
Treason doesn’t merit funding.
Just wait for the whining when it is suggested these Democrat cities are bypassed for the Infrastructure spending.
Treason is right, with that AG Becerro threatening to prosecute employees who cooperate with the enforcement of the law of the land.
How about redirecting funds from sanctuary cities to a wall building fund? Double whammy.
Oh that would get pants knotted even tighter!
IS this a net Fed Funding where the cities get subsidized from rural/suburban areas?
They’re building an army of illegal immigrants and don’t want anything to slow them down on the way to them getting enough to rule forever.
Jerry Brown’s Depends just leaked a little.
Throw the mayors in jail for usurping federal law.
The funds must stop, even in the face of the certain leftist judge ruling that they can’t be with held.
Let them sue again to enforce the late fourth quarter foul injunction.
for ever leftist law suit and judges order, ignore and attack with three more
Stop posturing and just do it before Jeff has a memory loss.
Sessions says there's another way. I'll look it up again.
Format is your friend....

Redirect the subsidies of ‘sanctuary cities’ and states like Californication to the WALL and to repatriating the infiltrators and Muslim invaders
Except disaster and Interstate, there should be no Federal funding for states or cities at all.
They are not complying with the requirements for receiving the grant.
