Friday marks the 45th March for Life in Washington, D.C. Tens of thousands of pro-life activists have arrived in the nation's capital to defend the rights of unborn children. What better day to pass a piece of legislation that protects those precious lives.

The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act passed by a vote of 241-183. Many would agree that it's not only a piece of pro-life legislation, but one that is rooted in common sense. As you can see by the numbers, however, not everyone thought it was a good idea to try and save babies who had survived an abortion.
The law ensures that abortionists treat a baby who survived an abortion the same way they would treat any other baby, and give them medical care needed to keep them alive, Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) explained on Twitter. Any abortionist who refuses to take care of the child will face the following penalties:
This bill contains criminal penalties or enforcement mechanisms to punish abortion providers who fail to give medical attention and care to these infants. It mandates that any child born alive after a failed abortion be transported to a hospital instead of remaining in the care of the abortionist. It requires that health-care practitioners and hospital employees report violations of the law, and it institutes penalties for the intentional killing of a born-alive child, including fines and up to five years imprisonment. The bill would also grant the woman on whom the abortion is performed civil cause of action and protection from prosecution if her child is not cared for after birth. (National Review)
Six Democrats voted for the bill: Matt Cartwright (PA), Henry Cuellar (TX), Jim Langevin (RI), Dan Lipinski (IL), Collin Peterson (MN) and Tim Walz (MN).
For the first time in history, a sitting president addressed the March for Life. Speaking from the Rose Garden, President Trump noted that more and more Americans support abortion restrictions.
"Every child is a precious gift from God," he said.
I could be wrong, but didn’t Hussein, as a Senator, sign on to some law that would guarantee a dead baby to the person seeking to terminate a pregnancy? As in, if they’re born alive, you have the right to have them killed.

IIRC he was a senator in IL and supported letting the baby die from neglect if it survived the procedure. The example was you can set the baby on a counter and ignore it till it dies. This is the guy Il elected to the uS senate and “we” put into the WH.

It is beyond me how anyone who has power in government doesn’t demand all judges who claim babies can be killed (and any lawyers) to be stripped of their office where they take an oath to defend the Constitution which includes defending the life of ALL innocent people. People who demand “rights” that are evil, unnatural, and antithetical to Natural Law are evil....and do not defend our Natural individual rights which only come from God and are unalienable. The judges can’t take them away, nor can we give them away.
Natural Law Theory is the basis of our legal system (it was and is supposed to be). Neither can ANY politician promote vile evil behaviors to our children or the masses—like killing babies and sodomizing others which is Satanism or Paganism or Marxism (take your pick). Evil people cannot hold office. They need to be removed immediately. A worldview that is antithetical to Individual Natural Rights from God can never hold office and take an oath to defend the Constitution. Atheists were never allowed to sit on a jury or be a judge for a reason. Only Right Reason according to Natural Law (Rule of Law/Higher Law/God’s Laws) can be used to “make law” which all people have to defend if they hold any govt. position.
We need to demand these evil satanists and/or communists to be removed from the courts and put in prison for treason or murder. We have a Natural Duty to defy evil “law” (like baby-killing and sodomy and theft (welfare)) which is always “null and void” as Justice Marshall stated. We do not live under Stalin’s collective unnatural “rights” of the elites......well, we do, actually, now, but we need to take back the courts now and eject all evil, unnatural, vile laws and treasonous “judges”.
So thankful for President Trump, Vice President Pence, and those from Congress who came and supported this event.
Many thanks to God for these great leaders wanting to protect unborn children! Our prayers are with them daily for strength and courage to keep standing for what is right.
