If that was the case, why can't this executive branch just nullify it without the scum in black robes intervening?
Because liberalism has to win. Without two branches of government, they still do. One liberal anywhere in the judiciary must be obeyed. It’s ridiculous.
Agreed. Not sure why Trump is slow-boating the overturn of DACA.
The Congress has the power to set immigration and naturalization policy, not the Prezbo.
Obama overt-stepped his authority with DACA.
It was unconstitutional on its face.

Tell the Scotus that he’s about ready to hire 10,000 deputy ICE Agents to round up every undocumented illegal immigrant in the country and has contracted with Exxon Mobil to use a couple of their supertankers to deport them to ... some shi*thole country somewhere. So they’d better decide quickly.
This countermanding of Executive Orders by judges has to stop. Either replace the judges or replace the judges.

Because it puts the onus back on Congress and puts huge pressure on Democrats in an election year.
The courts have to be penalized for doing this, because it is clearly an activist court ruling. How could it be unconstitutional if he sent it back to Congress?
Congress has the CONSTITUTIONAL POWER to limit federal judges’ authority on any subject they please, if they would just wield it...................

Dems need DACA for votes..otherwise they would be at the border right not kicking them out..everyone knows that..that is why Dems are working so hard to let them stay..each one represents one vote..or actually in Dems case, each one could represent 10 votes
Good, executive order extended it and executive order can end it.

Of course the court’s ruling against this is ridiculous.
The fighting back from the left will get even more outrageous as they get squeezed more.
He’s such a dingleberry. He’s spent the last three months trying to get a legislative fix for DACA passed, and that after having written the XO eliminating DACA.

I’m thinking it’s because we have a runaway, out-of-control, “progressive” federal lower judiciary on both coasts, but particularly the left coast.
And they are attempting to usurp executive functions, as Obama usurped the function of the legislative branch with his illegal executive order.
(I'm not yelling at you...)
