It is going to get exponentially worse when Whites are no longer a numerical majority.

Funny you should mention Kwanzaa. I came across a Twitter post from a middle-aged white lawyer a couple of days ago wishing his followers a happy Kwanzaa.
Based on that alone, I wouldn't hire the guy even at gunpoint.
