I was a medic for a number of years, and one of the things it taught me was respect for our LEOs because of their restraint with their weapons. I rolled up on numerous child assault/rape scenes, and all I can say is that the vermin who did it was very fortunate I had a rescue holster instead of the gun variety.
Due to trials and such, I got to know better than i wanted the molester type. It was about power, being able to uttely overwhelm another person, and they usually got off more on the abilty to forcibly rape than the actual rape. This seemed to be, at least in part, from being powerless in their “normal” life. They weren’t shy about it either. They would tell THE JUDGE they would do it again when theu got out, because they found it so intoxicating. Even if you cut off the penis, whether factually or chemically, they simply turn to objects like bottles to rape. The only cure is death.
Biden is just such a person. Second bananna to an effete Muslim, told what to do by a domineering woman who, as Secretary of State was below him in rank, unable to control his impulses and clowned publically because of it, he likely “rubs” children because they can do nothing about it. This extended to adult women only when there were enough Secret Service to keep their men away, or if he had power over them like Navy women or female SS agents.
He is, was, and shall ever be, a pervert. And Democrats and RINOs are OK with that in Democrats because it’s merely expected behavior. Whether its Menendez raping child slaves, Blumenthal that dated his 16 year old future wife when he was 31, or Bill Clinton running wild on Pedophile Island, it’s all good with the elite because, Democrat. Joe’s just a symptom. The establishment is the disease. In a nation of laws, he’d die in prison at best.
Unfortunately, we’re not a nation of laws.
And they seek to destroy people like the Judge to keep it that way.

And what is with him and little girls’ hair? I have seen way too many videos and photos with him lifting up and running his hands through girls’ hair, cupping their faces, way too long. I am a woman and I would not do that to an aquaintance’s child. Maybe an aquaintance’s dog.
I remember as a child I loved to have my hair brushed; it felt good; I wished they wouldn’t stop when the tangles were gone. Maybe Uncle Joe is looking for the child who isn’t cuddled enough and longs for a caressing touch. Maybe the caressing touch is as far as it goes, but it surely is creepy.
