WOW that is EXTREMELY CREEPY. He can’t keep his hands off her, either, caressing her face, patting and kissing her head. He is clearly not right.

Just watched that. I can’t believe how creepy the guy is. Notice how the little girl pulls away and clings to her father. I have to admit I never really paid much attention to Biden before but having seen this I totally get the “creepy uncle Joe” stuff I skimmed over.
