I dislike Biden as much as any right-minded person, but this video doesn’t seem to show any perversion. Just seems to show an affectionate grandpa who doesn’t have proper boundaries with others’ children.

That's not the point.
The point is that in today's guerilla politics, you have to make the claim and then put Biden on the defensive about it.
Democrats are making noise about Biden running for President in 2020. If they are going to take out Roy Moore using innuendo and specious arguments, then we have to claim a scalp using the same tactics.
Is Moore for Biden a fair trade? Perhaps. The bottom line is that we have to punch them back now, using their tactics, where it hurts most.
