Jeff Sessions on Tuesday said there was “not enough evidence” to appoint a special counsel to investigate Hillary Clinton, a day after reports surfaced that the attorney general had authorized senior prosecutors at the Department of Justice to evaluate an inquiry into the Clinton Foundation.
Testifying before the House judiciary committee, Sessions also appeared to push back on Donald Trump’s repeated insistence that the FBI should focus on investigating Clinton as opposed to potential collusion between his own presidential campaign and Russia.

Unfortunately, this is beginning to affect my feelings for Trump. He’s committing professional suicide by continuing to have this person who is obviously running counter to his own interests. It’s beginning to make me wonder if he truly has what it takes to lead. Trump HAS to step up and end this now.

I’m not the right guy to ask about this.
It would seem a normal (FBI) investigation could rise to the level of setting up one. I’m sure I’ve heard of this before. I believe it has to be submitted to a court to bring it into reality.
I would urge someone else to clarify the issue.
PDJT is usually 5 steps ahead of everyone else, but in this case, they really do have him checkmated, thanks to Benedict Arnold Session’s betrayal. IMO, anyway.

I don’t think it has anything to do with FBI files. I think it has something to do with hundreds and hundreds...and hundreds of millions “raised” by Hillary from Saudi and other Arab oil sources earlier this decade. That kind of money is best spent buying people, not things. Buy all the right people in the right places, you can do anything. She’s probably STILL spending it that way.
A person is under much more effective and complete control by making them wealthy than by threatening them.

He did not say that exactly...... I don't think. He was overly snarky to Jordan who was correctly grilling him and stating his (and our) case against the Clintons and the past criminal administration.
But I don't believe Sessions is going to allow the "Justice" Department to forever allow the Criminal Clintons to skate.
"The Reckoning" was an article just written in 'The Atlantic' about the SICK feminist protection of Billy Bob Clinton over the years.
There will be a reckoning for The Beast/Shrillary some day in the future too. (jmo)
