Jeff Sessions: I Have No Reason to Believe Judge Moore Accusers are Lying
Democrat Sheila Jackson Lee fired off several questions today on Republican Judge Roy Moore during the House Judiciary hearing with Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
Lee accused Judge Roy Moore of five counts of child sexual activity today during testimony at the House Judiciary Committee.
So far two women have accused Judge Moore of illicit sexual activity with minors. Three others were teens when they accused Judge Moore of sexual advances which would not be illegal due to the age of the women at the time.
Jeff Sessions told Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee he had no reason to believe Judge Moore accusers were lying.

“Apparently Sessions has no trouble talkpmg publicly about Moore, but wont say a word about Hillary.”
Excellent point. He won’t say a peep about her. Never has.
Yup. Anyone who has no reason to doubt the women should also have no reason to doubt Roy Moore. These stories certainly deserve a large dose of skepticism. Keep in mind the puppet masters pulled the same level sewage to save Cochran's Senate seat. Consider the shenanigans to save Lisa Murkowski after she lost the primary to a conservative.
I hope the Judge has some real excellent evidence about the deceit behind these accusations.

The problem is he allowed himself to be manipulated. A somewhat alert LEO or attorney would have responded: "I have no basis for determining whether the accusers are lying or are truthful."
This Moore issue is not at all part of any larger political/legal scheme Sessions may be involved with where he is to play a certain passive role so as to not spook certain actors while collecting evidence. Unfortunately, his response to Lee suggests it may be time for retirement.
He has no real reason to think Moore is lying either.
Sessions sees no need for an SC for any other issuesn
Sessions isno doubt a deep state mole.
He can’t assume they’re guilty anymore than he can assume Moore is guilty.
He doesn’t speculate, he states a fact.
Manipulated or just being a good little defender of the swamp?
Read Article 5 of the U. S. Constitution. Not only can they kick Moore out with two-thirds of senators voting aye, but the language seems to indicate they could refuse to seat Moore.
I am appalled by this behavior of Republicans folding like cheap lawn chairs in a heartbeat on every ridiculous charge leveled against them. Ryan is the worst.
But the “fact” was tilted to one side. “No reason to doubt the accusers” might be technically correct, but that can also be a euphemism for “I think he’s guilty.” That makes it an inept and disappointing answer.
A third reason to doubt. That pig, Gloria Allred, is involved. She has pulled the exact same stunt many times against Republicans running for office. Many times.
Trump Tweet: “I will be making a major statement from the @WhiteHouse upon my return to D.C. Time and date to be set.”
I can only pray that it is Sessions going bye-bye.
Nonetheless his answer was truthful and accurate.
That people can ‘make something’ else of it reflects upon those people, not him.
I don’t believe Sessions is nice or honorable, despite his sweet sheepdog persona.
Oh, and by the way, AG Sessions? I'M STILL VOTING ROY MOORE ON DEC 12.
It very well could be, yes. Alabamians, we had better be preparing. Some VERY dark days are ahead.
So the top law enforcement office in our country does not agree with - innocent until proven guilty. Amazing......and sad at the same time.
