WASHINGTON – NRSC Chairman Cory Gardner made the following statement regarding Alabama’s U.S. Senate special election:
“I believe the individuals speaking out against Roy Moore spoke with courage and truth, proving he is unfit to serve in the United States Senate and he should not run for office. If he refuses to withdraw and wins, the Senate should vote to expel him, because he does not meet the ethical and moral requirements of the United States Senate.” – NRSC Chairman Cory Gardner

Just caught the tail end of Fox Business with that Kennedy woman and she had Judge Nap on. I thought I heard him say that Moore cannot be expelled for the reason being he is not a sitting Senator. If he was, than a different story.
Maybe I heard Judge Nap wrong and if so, my apologies.
Trying to talk about expelling a man before he is even elected.

If we send him to the senate, and the senate invalidates the election, then force is one step closer.

They should not be allowed to override the wishes of the people of Alabama. They will decide whether they think he’s fit or not. Secondly, while I welcome women coming forward, we have to be careful not to convict someone immediately. It seems lately that it is trial by press and guilty until proven innocent. I think that is a bad precedent to set. Finally, WHERE ARE THEY REGARDING MENENDEZ? He is a sitting senator accused of being with underage prostitutes (note - just accused) and on trial for bribery. Have ANY of them called for him to step down? I don’t think so.

I could not agree more with your comments. That is why I dumped the republican party from my name several years ago. I am now one of those dreaded independents. I vote for a person, not a stinking, lying party. IF you look at what the stinking scum RINOs, ALL WHO HAVE DONE crimes in their lives and now all act like Mother Teresa and ballyhoo that they are just great citizens and damn Moore. They discust me to make me puke. BUT REMEMBER ONE THING: They are doing to Moore what they did to GW Bush, with the DUI thing, just before the election, to take away votes, etc. Even if Moore wins, the RINOs will join the commies to do everything they can to kick him out of the Senate. THEN, I think if they do that, Alabama should not appoint a replacement Senator. To hell with the RINO party. Let them run one short. They vote with the commies anyway. There are VERY, VERY, VERY, a million times VERY few Christian conservatives in the US Congress. We are now like the Marines, the few, the proud, Christians and Conservatives. To hell with every stinking one of them. They will pay one day, every one of them, at the Great White Throne before Christ.
