This is what people said in the first place that corrupt Mueller would indict someone on a getting a wrong time table or date yet the REASON for the meeting wasn’t even illegal. A federal charge for this?

If Manafort flipped, he would not have been indicted.

Not huge news. He was already being investigated with that before he joined the campaign.

The answer to every question should be “I don’t recall”.

It worked for Hillary dozens of times.

Not true.

But it is clear that GP flipped.

It is the way you deal with a flip.
GP was arrested in July

This doc is dated Oct.

He is flipping about something Mueller wants

Well, keep in mind that most of the Hillary voters want Trump taken down no matter the means or the lies, so that a big group of folks.

And then there’s the group that don’t care, but watch enough of the mainstream media, and believe what they’re told by them.

Face it, the country is split, and those against us aren’t going to back down, and the Leftwing/Political powers that be of the democrats are pretty happy right now.

They have to be hard-fought. Letting them get away with crimes doesn’t mean they’ll then go easy on you. They’ll crush you instead.

The President HAS to fire Mueller, Rosenstein and Sessions and go it alone. He’ll probably be impeached but that’s better than what they’re doing to him little by little, which is the same end result—removal from office.

Why? I do not know.
The standard ‘I do not recall’ Clinton defense should be used at all times. (Works for them, why not the opposition)

“There is not charges for failing to answer their questions.” There could be. Grand Juries are told to take into account whether someone took the fifth when discussing whether to indict. The fact they did is not admissible in trial court but it can be considered during indictment deliberations.

Indictment because you took the 5th is not a conviction because you didn't, right?

Thanks, to our GUTLESS A.G., Jeff Sessions, the guilty are able to invert justice & prosecute the innocent.....

If something is blackmail-able doesn’t lurk behind Session’s unwillingness to hire a second Special Prosecutor to investigate Hillary crimes, then cowardice is the only alternate explanation.

Indictment is not conviction although the public is very hazy on that distinction so in a war of public opinion an indictment is practically as good as convicted.

An indictment costs tons of money and reputation. But it is still not worse that conviction. I get your point, of course. But unless you are advocating talking to investigators, it is a bit off point. Good conversation, just not exactly on point.

Getting indicted sucks. Going to jail is worse. But that may be splitting hairs because both are horrible to go through.

You asked a question, I answered. Pretty on-point from the perspective of most, I’d suspect.

Step back from the personal and into the motive of those pursuing the indictment, then maybe my answer will make better sense.
