What should. you do if you see a MALE co-worker harassed? Laugh?
You should move this to Breaking News.
Ever looked at a Cosmopolitan cover? Ever issue panders sex.
Well, how do you know is a female?
Maybe its actually Sisgender, inverteted, quasi, transectural.,
Why would you ever judge if someone is a female or a male? That is a prejudiced way of looking at people.
That very question is, ................ Racist.

I see how some women dress at work. I won’t say they “deserve it”, but I’m not going to act surprised and outraged when they receive it.
In other news, I was walking the other day and a couple girls on a park bench cat-called me and it made my day. Obviously they were just goofing around and were probably doing the same thing to every guy walking by, but it still made my day. In real cases of sexual harassment, do something. The rest of the time, lighten up Francis. Sheesh.
Women: Guess what? We all went through this in the early 1990s thanks to Anita Hill and the result was that men secretly wanted to avoid women at work because we're scared of you. You can ruin our lives for no good reason just be saying we looked at you funny. Now it's going to be worse than ever. Somehow making good men afraid is supposed to help women in the workforce.
What happens is this: If the woman feels she is being sexually harassed and goes to HR they will tell her to document each incident - write down every detail of what was said and who was present. The harasser thinks she’s “OK with it” while she is building the case against him, and all the bystanders will be in for uncomfortable discussions.
Words are harmless. Actually, it’s a compliment to the woman. How many females stand around and ogle and chat about good looking men. Now, that can be rough!
First you tell the guy who is harassing her to stop acting like a dick.
Then you tell the Woman that if she needs to talk you will be there for her.
Then you wait for her to hit on you. (just a Joke).
Depends.
Does the victim identify as female? male? Other?
Can the person doing the harassment further your career at all?
Is the person doing it important in politics/media?
Is the person doing it black? Muslim? Hispanic? Lesbian?
If it’s a white, heterosexual male, there’s an easy answer. But for anything else, it can be a tough call.
Go get a cup of coffee. Not my problem...
I would do nothing because I’d end up getting my ass creamed by the far left for “assuming” she was a female and have to apologize to everyone on the planet and maybe get fired and have to go to “rehab”. I never used to be this way. The far left made me this way.
Theres not much you can do. Perhaps the boss thought the object of his desire identified as a male, and he personally preferred male a$$es. So speaking to a group of presumed, self-identifying males, the self-identifying transitional sexual boss had no reason to think his words were harassing.
Its sexist to assume she needs my help.
I worked in offices all of my career and never heard anything like this. And this was in the TV industry too.
Not that I hadn’t made my faux pas with women with whom I worked. But it was always based on my sense that they were beautiful and worthy of respect.
Thank God none of them ever took me up on my boorish slip-ups.
EFFIN' HYPOCRITES! Feminism DESTROYED females.
1st of all I commend you on your screen name. I imagined both and just no.
Secondly how to prevent men from harassing women. It is simple for a chivalrous man. Place your hands on her boobs to prevent the assaulter access.
;-) (Be good looking and it will work)
i work for a large, long-established company.
this sort of event simply does NOT happen any more. period. out in the open like that? nope.
whether union or mgmt., YOUR a$$ would be out the door that day.
boorish louts are a last century gig.
at least for us.
If disparaging remarks based on gender count has harassment, then I know a whole lot of women who should have been fired.
