I see how some women dress at work. I won’t say they “deserve it”, but I’m not going to act surprised and outraged when they receive it.

I read yesterday of some guy who said that he makes it his mission to remark to any woman who bares her cleavage. Something to the effect that if she is willing to hoist them to the general public, then he should be free to say he noticed.
Their reaction to his comment, (whatever it actually is) he said is one of stunned silence.
I quite approve of his doing so. I do realize that women today have been raised since girls with fashions that promote making their bosooms front and center of who they are, and to such a point now, that now is it possible that these broads probably really don’t think anything is wrong with it?
