A posh Los Angeles fitness center kicked a black pastor out and banned him for life because, the pastor says, a white employee overheard him expressing support for President Donald Trump.
The employee allegedly charged at the pastor, Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, in a physically threatening manner — coming within inches of his face — and yelled “You support Donald Trump!”
Peterson, 68, is now asking for an apology and seeking civil rights damages.

Is as described, the “Scott” may be a member of a protected group, such as gays. Many gays accept the rhetoric that Pres. Trump wants to persecute them. This small percentage of that group feels justified in throwing someone out of their place of business. Among the few groups still allowed to do this w/o the law coming after them.
Just a few weeks ago, there was the case of a Christian group being cursed at, and thrown out of a coffee shop by the owner. I think the coffee shop was called Bedlam. Maybe in Oregon.
As far as I know, that shop is still open as though nothing ever happened.
