If she left and he was upset over that the country music fans probably were not targeted for any other reason than it was a large crowd/soft target. They represented anger at everyone. BUT is domestic turmoil the motive? who knows!!!

Rising and falling rate of fire sounds like a crank fire to me.....country music fans just happen to be there as a nice target -22k in a confined area. If they were targeted because of their demographic I don’t think that can be covered.....but who knows....
