The University of North Carolina, Charlotte, offers a staggering 345 courses on the topic of diversity and social justice.
The University of North Carolina, Charlotte released a list of their Diversity Courses that spans 21 pages and covers academic disciplines such as Religious Studies, Womens and Gender Studies, Languages and Culture Studies, and Africana Studies.
Although its unclear why UNC Charlotte needs so many Diversity Courses, Associate Dean Shawn Long says that the topics discussed in such courses are beneficial to all of the members of the schools community.
When we consider the concept of diversity, broadly speaking, we mean that lives, perspectives and practices are enriched when we actively engage in discourse and are inclusive in our actions around complex ideas and issues, Long explained.
A class entitled Transfeminism, offers students the opportunity to explore the intersection of trans and feminist studies and to explore feminist perspectives within trans studiessuch as intersectionalityand consider the contours and legacy of feminist transphobia.
Another course, Queer Culture in America, focuses on the liberation of queen Americans and the evolving definition of what it has meant to be queer in America over time. The course description says the course focuses on the construction of Queer identity in the late 20th and 21st centuries.

Just WOW!
Ok. Maybe they offer online courses for this. Everyone here at FR can sign up. LOL
Good Lord...in North Carolina?!?!
If I was a NC taxpayer, I would be outraged.
If I was a parent of a student there, I would be outraged and student would be transferring ASAP.
So happy my kids are out of school.
So worried for my grandkids :(
No mixing of Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming?
How disappointing.
Boy we could certainly shift the class discussion ;)
I see my grandkiddos going 100% online with real courses. Otherwise, no dough.
Lootin’, laughin’ and lyin’ 101.
translation: the federal government approves student loans for bullshit degrees, too, and those are easier to get. students that can’t handle a real major used to flunk out and go home, and no one gets paid if that happens.
because that new football stadium isn’t going to pay for itself.
Agreed.
My 3 kids took medical and engineering, so they did not have the “opportunity” to experience these diversity classes...
Thank the good Lord!!
And these are the atrophied minds that will be taking over the liberal third world Utopia that was once the United States of America. The feces of liberal “thought” seems to be firmly ground into every nook and cranny of our disintegrating country.
And you can borrow $100k, and go into un-dischargable, debt from the US Federal Government and Wall Street lenders to study all of these courses, come out stupider than when you entered, and dependent on the government to give you work, feed you and care for you.
Its the perfect recipe for serfdom!
Greshams Law! College administrators must fill seats regardless of the worth of the courses. SJW is a current fad sadly becoming permanent. Thus it is more likely to fill a 300 seat lecture hall at 9am than one on a STEM course.
That’s it?!??!?!
Taxpayers and students are getting robbed blind by all this commie style indoctrination instead of real college classes. Shut the place down, hire new administrators and faculty that are competent and will restore genuine university education
Problem solved!
Three hundred and forty-five ways to separate parents and their snowflakes from their money without giving them a marketable degree. So sad!
UNC Charlotte, a real enemy of the Republic. (like so many others)
