A former foreign policy adviser to President Obama is warning there could be trouble if North Korean leader Kim Jong Un chides President Trump over the fact that he lost the popular vote to Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.
"God save us if Kim Jong Un makes a comment about Hillary's popular vote victory," Ben Rhodes wrote on Twitter Friday.
Trump and North Korea's leader have been locked for months in a war of words and threats that has prompted concern among foreign leaders who fear Washington and Pyongyang may be hurtling toward a confrontation.
Trump said last month that he would unleash "fire and fury" on North Korea if the country continued to threaten the U.S. and its allies.
Despite crushing sanctions, Pyongyang has continued its weapons testing, launching ballistic missiles over Japan and, earlier this month, detonating what North Korean officials claim was a hydrogen bomb.

Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea. Kim ran unopposed. That’s what you get in a pure democracy. 1 man, 1 vote, 1 candidate.
They are a pure Democracy. They have elections, but only one candidate.
This is why the left wants to eliminate the electoral college.
Or the vote fraud that gave her that ‘majority’ in the popular vote?
Note that Ben Rhodes was Susan “the Unmasker” Rice’s assistant.
Do they allow tweeting from jail? I thought that Ben Rhodes was in jail.
B,b,b,but Russia! Muh Russia!
The truth is very few nations elect their head of government directly by the winner of the nationwide popular vote. Communist dictatorship North Korea isn't among them, either. Trump can just point out that the only "popular vote" Kim Jong-Il won was the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party.
Remember, Ben Rhodes was one of Obama’s top foreign policy advisors - Benghazi, Iran, No. Korea, Syria, Libya, Israel, Egypt, etc.
Why does anyone even bother to talk to this leftist, ignoramus loser?
It would be real REAL amusing if a defacto monarch, who’s father and grandfather have been defacto DEIFIED were to mention Shillery winning the (official) “popular vote”, I’d plotz in glee.
That usually causes Hilderbeast supporters to quickly change topics.
EH? Harper won his own riding by more than Butt boy won his but the Liberals did get more votes nationwide than the Conservatives.
One side winning the “popular vote” but fewer seats does happen in parliamentary systems sometimes though. It happened in Canada in 1979.
Speaking of butt boy
Yes, that headline is correct, most pathetic thing I’ve ever heard.
North Korean fun facts. Kimmy Jr. Jr. is technically not the head of state (The Speaker of the legislature oddly is) OR government (Premier) but only the military.
And, I did not know this till now, technically it’s a multi-party state with 2 small puppet sister parties ruling in “coalition” with the Worker’s Party. LOLOLOLOLOLOL
Yep, and according to Hilderbeast supporters, the raw number of "popular votes" (regardless of where and how they were received... Hillary won hers thanks to winning overwhelmingly in a handful of California and New York counties, while the other 90% of the geographic US rejected her) are the ONLY thing that matters in an election.
So... popular votes: Harper, 37,263. Justnotready: 26,391. Harper won over 11,000 more voters than Pierre's kid did.
Gotta love that "popular vote"!
The psychopath didn’t win the legal popular vote.
I’m sure that article is even douchier than I imagined.
He won with 100% of the vote
One is the Social Democrats, a historically important party (est 1945) that was allowed to continue to exist, it’s currently run by communists of course. So it’s like the GOP in Massachusetts or something.
The other is the Chondoist Chongu Party, a party based on a religious movement that combines Confucianism with the old local religion of Korea.
East Germany had other parties too, control by and elected jointly with the commies. They had names that suggested diverse ideology but of course it was just for show. 4 of them, 2 merged with the CDU upon German reunification and 2 merged with the FDP. Merkel was briefly involved with one.
