I think you're right.   (President Trump seemed to have slightly mixed messages about Sessions too, praising him at times, then kind of joking about him in a less-than-praising way at other points in his speech.   Did you get that impression too?)

So what? I didn't vote for them I voted for Trump to make the choices he wants and needs to do....and certainly after what all the republicans put him through by their failures in preparation and a host of other mishaps opposing him ..I don't would expect Trump to do whatever he thinks he has to to get the work done he wants done.... getting those who WILL support what he wants.

Thank you for this thread. I was hoping one was on here. I myself was wondering about this race and if our President is still endorsing Strange. Anyone McConnell likes I would keep my distance from. Surely our President knows by now to not take the advice of McConnell. I am also noticing as some said here, that the applause is ‘weak’ to say the least when he asked the crowd to vote for Strange. But large applause at everything else he said. The crowd is there for our President. NOT Strange.
