I am reminded of Sgt. Schultz from Hogan's Heroes when I hear Obama administration officials deny knowing about things that they obviously had to have been aware of.

If it takes you days to deny, you’re lying.

In March Clapper stated he would specifically have known if a FISA warrant was issued against any Trump campaign officials. Last night Clapper stated he held no knowledge of the FISA warrant. Clapper is walking through a legal minefield. One of the biggest stories that hasn't gotten attention in recent days is the demand from Paul Manafort's attorney for Mueller's team to turn over all of the transcripts of this surveillance.
The irony here is that this illicit surveillance may end up protecting Manafort from prosecution. LOL.

You say I signed the request? I'm sure I was out of the office and "Someone" used my auto-pen machine...., I never would have signed that document! How long until he drowns in the Potomac like some previous spooks?

It’s sickening the level of deception. The article goes on to state that Comey testified that he told clapper et al, so if he’s telling the truth *cough* then Clapper is lied and continues to lie. If Comey was lying and didn’t tell Clapper, the the FBI is screwed.
Please Lord, expose all the liars and their evil deeds.

So the DNI, who have direct FISA oversight responsiblities, had no idea what was happening on his watch.

Former DNI James Clapper Denies Knowledge of Manafort FISA Warrant Interesting. I had read the other day that you could not get a FISA warrant without an approved investigation. This could expose some corruption.

Sure, like Obama knew nothing of his machine when you and I know he was stacking the deep state deck and purging with keen knowledge. And Obama blamed his operatives under the bus. So, Clapper, if not you, someone yet below you? Or was it Obama? Bull Sht!

Clapper is far more dangerous than Sgt. Schultz
If you want a better cultural reference - he’s a scheming parselmouth descended from the dark Wizard Salazar Slytherin ie) from Harry Potter - he one of evil people who can share secrets with snakes

How do we know the spying began with the 2016 election? I wouldn’t be surprised if this happened in 2012.

They have absolutely no recollection of anything, until it comes time to write their BS books.
Then they can pass on minute details of non-inculpating facts to their ghost writers.
