Your threads are so incredibly informative. I don’t have tv but I don’t feel unaware of what’s going on. I appreciate that you “refresh” them in parts.

Change in direction!
Irma now moving north. My guess will move even further eastward.
Tampa out of crosshairs, Orlando or even east of here, back in.

Let them try to make fun of us now!

Hope you’re safe and sound....so far! Pretty breezy, oh, ok, windy in Lakeland. Talking about 75-95 MPH winds in our area later tonight. Blowing about 30-35 now. Did I mention rain? Oh yeah! We’re getting plenty of rain.

Unbelievable; we’re hearing that armed thugs are knocking on peoples’ doors, posing as electric company, to see if they’re home and to rob them.

Thanks for the threads. Lights flickering quite a bit in our corner of Melbourne, but FPL has kept up so far. Tornado warnings still popping up around us. Long night ahead.

Just found out I'm NOT on the Photobucket "Pay to Share" program. 4.5 mbps Allison House realtime feeds here, GR Level 2 Analyst and graphics support here.
This facility is designed to stream live HD audio and video, but not practiced, so stills will have to suffice for the Irma event. Capability info at www.e4mm.com .
60-65 knot doppler velocity along the blue lines in this graphic, now 15 minutes old. (realtime post was on old thread)
Typically, my 65 knot doppler velocities translate to 130 mph surface winds, but no promises.
Day two of a 3 day planned event beginning here. 6 hours down after KW landfall, which followed a 24 hour PC marathon, studio then Irma. I am current over the last hour, following a 6 hour gap. Do we have any hard data out of KW-Marathon yet? Peak windspeeds, peak surge, damage estimates, peak wave heigth?

Question, as I noticed something during a rare moment of MSM watching (ABC):
The images from Florida MSMjournolists and MSMcamerafolks were constantly jiggling. I imagine MSM cameras costing hundreds of thousands of dollars are full of advanced features not available to us home movie type people. Do those cameras have a jiggle feature? Or, do they have to jiggle the camera purposely to make it look windy?
