[history]
The illiberal progressives are trying to knock us offline. We're fighting the good fight and will not succumb. I'm sniping the most annoying ones by hand, then two more show up to replace him. Going to experiment with an automated system to nuke 'em. SkyNet lives. Update: SkyNet is online

With minimal information, several of us, myself included, can “go dark” and ^physically eliminate^ their technical ability to use the webz.

Aw, I flushed the chain, deleting all the IPs. The really annoying persistent ones I did a whois to knock out the networks, and found many French and UK networks. Also northamericancoax was a major offender, both here in the States and Canada.
They’re using some kind of proxy service to do the attacks, I actually don’t know who is behind it, though I think on a few occasions they let slip their real IP... don’t want to publish that atm since I don’t know if it was them.

They may be using the service you use, and thus necessary. Sorry about that. Whatever it takes John, let's get the bastards!
Is there any indicators that some ISPs host more of them than others?

northamericancoax generated the most blocks, even have special rules on the site to keep that under control... may lift them now that SkyNet is online.
I basically consider the entire Internet hostile so I don’t look too closely at IPs unless I notice a pattern developing.

If I were king: malicious hackers, virus creators/propagators, and phone bank scammers would be put to death - in public, televised
The list is longer, but that'd be a good start.
Thanks for all your efforts, John.

concur the whole internet is hostile is correct! In my experience any & all botnets can be used at any time so if you can identify uniquely identifying patterns in characteristics of the offending requests block them at large using
http://modsecurity.org/ or equivalent to help reject en masse ASAP and then you can catch a breath to specifically remove all thus identified offenders for IP blacklist. Thanks + have 'fun' ;)

This whole thing is turning into a literal war. This is crazy. People should be prosecuted for doing such in either direction. All of this has to stop or the nation is going to blow up.
Dennis Prager is spot on.
