Is there any indicators that some ISPs host more of them than others?

northamericancoax generated the most blocks, even have special rules on the site to keep that under control... may lift them now that SkyNet is online.

I basically consider the entire Internet hostile so I don’t look too closely at IPs unless I notice a pattern developing.
