Climate activists in shock at Gore sequel bombing at box office: 'This was not supposed to happen'
'Al Gore Gets Ripped Off Again'
'He should have demanded a recount.'
Gore fans reduced to blaming the distributor. 'A botched strategy by Paramount Pictures effectively sabotaged the nationwide release' of Gore's sequel.
Sadly, the box-office under-performance of An Inconvenient Sequel will be seized upon by climate-change deniers as proof that Americans dont really care about this issue, Tucker wrote.
According to Deadline Hollywood, Gores sequel grossed $900K, averaging $5,000 (per screen). That brought its cume (cumulative) over seven figures, landing at $1,052,000. Its weekend gross placed it 15th in the overall box office as of Sunday morning. Paramount said it will expand the title to over 500 locations next weekend.

Paramount knew it would be a disaster and didn’t want to lose every cent over the weekend.
There will be no major roll-out of this film and Paramount will quietly let it fail on the merits.
Al Gore..OIL MAN...you snowflake liberals need to know who this idiot really is!
Besides, truth is, some virus is going to kill us all LONG before ‘climate change’.

The Inconvenient Truth Al Gore Hopes You Forget!
So, I wake up this morning to hear Al Gore has won an Oscar for trying to save the world!
Then I went out and shoveled 18 of his global warming out of my driveway.
First question: Why didn’t he do anything to try to save the environment during his 8 years as Vice President and how many years as a senator?
Some say the Vice President has no power, cant make policy, blah, blah.
Next question: Then why was he able to pull off selling one of our few oil reserves at Elk Hills in California to his big oil buddies at the expense of the environment and fuel reserves. This story was widely reported, but that was 10 years ago. How soon we forget.

When Paramount says it’ll expand out to 500 more locations next week...it’ll be one showing at the local multi-plex at 4PM, for maybe two days straight, and then wrap it up. Maybe at a university campus...it might get shown five or six times, but I doubt if they fill up more than one-third of the theater.
You’d have more luck getting people to show up at a showing of a 1968 Italian language cowboy-movie.
Well, the trailer had this scene with the asian college student crying in Algore’s arms to Algore’s soothing words of assurance. That drew groans from the audience in our movie house. By the end of the trailer, it was mostly gentle ripples of laughter through the room.
Climate Change is simply a neo-pagan, millennial cult religion
No one really cares about their rantings.
Stupid cucks. GTFO of my country!
It’ll probably be free on Amazon Prime next week. :)
It will be mandated in our public schools.
What is it titled again?
“An Inconvenient Sequel?”
...on the merits, or the lack thereof.
5,000 per screen is not a bad haul actually. It was on 180 screens. The dark tower was on 3,700 screens. Of course the gore crapfest was not going to place top 10.
Gore is such a fraud.
He sold his soul when he traded his pro-life views for votes.
Now he’s getting rich off of this lie.
For those of you from Rio Linda, that is LAST PLACE.
Given the limited release and that it’s a documentary, that’s actually really good.
I saw the same trailer in a movie theater earlier this year. The trailer showed about a 5-second snippet of Trump speaking to an audience. I guess the intended effect was to have the audience boo and hiss at the anti-global warming “bogeyman”. But when he appeared, there was actually some clapping and a few cheers. This is deep in Connecticut by the way!
Or, to libs......winning.
15th in a weekend with a movie featuring Halle Barry, filmed 4 years ago and running all of an hour and quarter beating it out? Or where one is titled Atomic Blond ( I did see it, definitely not John Carre material) as it could have been called the Spy who stayed in the cold. Then again, Clarlz is not bad to look at for sure!
Sadly, the box-office under-performance of An Inconvenient Sequel will be seized upon by climate-change deniers as proof that Americans dont really care about this issue, Tucker wrote. Sadly? How about accepting it as common knowledge?
