Yesterday, we noted the left’s freak-out over the news that the Justice Department will be investigating race-based discrimination in college and university admissions.
The freak-out was on full display on Andrea Mitchell’s MSNBC show yesterday. You knew the fix was in from Mitchell’s choice as guests of two critics of the initiative: the Washington Post‘s Jonathan Capehart, and Janai Nelson of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund.
The most outrageous moments came when Mitchell said: “I don’t know if there are cases, even” of white students being disadvantaged by minority students taking available slots.

In college admissions, affirmative action is all about giving advantages to the children of middle/upper class blacks, over working-class whites.
Why on earth does she think there is a court case about it then? Does she thin some girl just made up a fictional case?
The media got bitchslapped over the election. You’d think they’d learn their lesson. But no ... they have only gotten worse. They’ve upped their stupidity game to an entirely new level.
Well it’s been “a few years” but I know of several other caucasians who were told by our consellors to consider alternatives in our pre-med track, because the odds of use getting accepted into medical school were somewhere between slim and none. And I completed three majors and graduated Magna. Still not good enough “for some reason”...
No regrets on my part, but some others were devastated by the realization that reverse discrimination based on skin color was going to keep them from realizing their ambition.

For decades our country has been selecting people, not by the content of their character, but, instead, by the color of their skin.
Every time this occurs, a white person is hurt because they were the most qualified, but were sent packing.
By routinely not selecting the best qualified for decades, we have produced people with disordered minds, like Andrea Mitchell, who stupidly pretend that they cannot see the obvious.
Dad asked me one time while was in the hospital for a week “did you notice there is only one white person working here? They are all foreigners”.
Yes Dad...they are the only ones who can get approved for a grant to go school.

IIRC, there has already been court cases and the white candidate won the case.

Every single time that someone has gotten “a hand up” because of Affirmitive Action, it means, literally, that “the most qualified canditidate” was passed over so that a minority could get the job.

Affirmative Action, by virtue of it’s existence, is unfair to anyone who does not benefit from it.

This is in regard to a 2015 suit brought by 64 ASIAN organizations who are concerned about the blatant discrimination of Asian students by universities in the U.S. Of course, Obama left it on the shelf because Asian students don’t have black skin, so discrimination against them didn’t matter to that racist thug.
