A man convicted of trying to rape a real estate agent will spend the next 10 to 20 years in a Pennsylvania prison.
Frank Yeager, of Bucks County, was originally convicted of attempted rape in 2013, the Morning Call reported. State police told the paper he fantasized about raping women.
He was convicted of planning a rape of a real estate agent who fit his mold of a “Paris Hilton” type. The agent managed to escape after refusing to go upstairs in a secluded model home.
Lehigh Valley Live reported Yeager’s diary and computer searches showed he was hell-bent on rape.
Yeager’s diary was filled with drawings and writings, detailing rape fantasies. He spent five months working on the plan, including putting together a list of more than 200 real estate agents.
“I truly enjoy the hunt and cannot wait for my prize,” one diary entry read. “If you are reading this I found a realtor woman and raped her. I have been planning and have wanted this my whole life.”
Yeager pleaded guilty to attempted rape but later appealed the sentence. His sentence was upheld Tuesday ...

He should go to Hollywood. He’d make a great movie bad guy, and he might have a shot at the real Paris Hilton.
In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law. To pursue... natural justice. This is not vengeance. Revenge is not a valid motive, it’s an emotional response. No, not vengeance. Punishment.

The problem with making rape a capital crime is that it encourages rapists to kill their victims.

With this in mind, it’s actually pretty sad. Not only does this guy fit the Ann Barnhardt model for “Diabolical Narcissism” but he’s lived an entire life of women running from him.
It’s gotta weigh on the soul.

Happens more than you think, all it takes is for someone to accuse and even without hard evidence, the accused CAN be found guilty. “She said/he said”. I’d bet money there are several sitting in jail right now awaiting their day in the chair..
Can you imagine the stories he could swap with the Clintons?
With a bit of wit he could have made it in Hollywood in porn or otherwise and become wealty and famous and live out all his fantasies. With a face and body like that his marketability would be amazing.

Female agents (in particular) should always insist that the first meeting with a new client be at the office or at some busy very public location. If the prospect refuses it is a major red flag.
Several times during my career I accompanied women with whom I worked to showings with which they were not comfortable. One of the guys almost went into a state of shock when he saw that she was not alone.
That individual could not make it with a two-bit whore if he had a sackful of quarters!
He could make a good living working in horror films. They would save a ton of money on make-up.
A false rape accusation should be treated as attempted murder. Slander murders reputations and lives. Indeed in Judaism slander is as the crime of murder.
Rapists emotionally kill their victims. A happy normal life is taken every time.
In my opinion, rape should be back on the list.

I support the death penalty. Indeed, I support it’s expansion. For example, burglarize a home 3 times and I would be for the death penalty. Armed robbery, twice! and your on death row.
But, having a daughter, and seeing this goons picture, I would want her ALIVE after the fact more than dead...........and I fear some room temp goon like this might just kill her if he knew the death penalty would likely be imposed on him if he got caught.
