>>The country as a whole, will end up being like Chicago.
Not really. The intended victims in most of the country are well-armed. The only problem is that we tend to have a law and order mindset so most don’t have a “have a plan to kill everyone you meet” mindset yet. But, we are watching and learning. Not everyone is prepping for TEOTWAWKI but we are prepping for the hurricane, or the blizzard, or the antifa goons blocking the highway. And people are starting to run the antifa roadblocks already. If they seriously try to threaten a food supply, they will take casualties long before it gets bad enough to get into the hurricane supplies.
Preparing for ‘Climate Change’ ?
You are correct, and it will happen very fast.
The “typical Freeper disdain” is not from “green” itself, but from the large political corruption forcing the use of our tax dollars on such large scale enterprises when the sh!t-to-worth ratio is horrible, and the alternative resources clearly are far better economically.
All it takes is a group of armed citizens to challenge those cowardly antifa types and the highways will re-open very quickly.
Realistic training and planning is vital. If someone is just now getting started down this road, I generally suggest carrying a pistol and med kit at all times. Take a self defense pistol course and get some med training.
The most likely scenario you are going to face is still a criminal assault or a medical emergency.
Armed individuals and gangs will be looking for people like you to feed themselves, and they will be close by. If law and order are absent, and the ferals think that condition will continue, they will just shoot you and take your supplies.
According to Terry McCaulliff, Friday.
A list and schedule of purchases you need to make weekly @ $5.00 per week for One Full Year.
It will give you an almost years supply of food scheduled at $5.oo per week.
Most anyone can afford that investment for food security - even Lazamataz
Just post your opinions in general chat. It sure ain’t breaking news
We all have as long as Hod grants us and not a minute more or less
Then you need to know the location of streams or lakes nearby (within a few miles), containers (gallon jugs) and delivery system (wheel barrow?), and water filtration.
Fact is, most of us don't have a water source on our property and cannot store enough water. We have to have alternate sources.
I am from the country...rural America.....and once had a log cabin on top of the surrounding mountains....so I am well familiar with the difference between city, suburbs, and rural since I’ve also lived in three major cities.
That said.....all people will steal and take whatever when it’s a matter of survival of their families....including their neighbors. That system also breaks down in time no matter how close.
You mentioning Katrina doesn’t sit well with me because so many in that after fall out were accustomed to being on the ‘generational’ welfare system....highly dependent on Government handouts......and always rage at the drop of a dime anyway.
Might better look at Japan when cities were completely destroyed......different culture mindset and far more self sufficient. There was very little looting and people did indeed stick together. We do not have that mindset in America today.......
Good call....windmill pump and water tower....water tower gives you water storage and pressure to your pipes when everything goes down.....
“It’s not the inner city critters you need to worry about, it’s the suburbanites. That’s who makes up the ranks of antifas too. They are used to being mobile, commuting, and leading. They are the ones that will be trying to take your stuff-—
Utter drivel.

Being inland near the Blue Ridge in NC, we never had windmills, what wind we get is seasonal and not all that reliable, but we did have spring chases which were gravity fed, providing at least some water pressure. Good water, too. But, down on the NC coast, particularly the OBX, windmills were once quite common to the point that it had to look somewhat like Holland approaching from sea. So, I’m familiar and admire them, despite not having any actual experience with them. I’m learning, though. Looking at portable wind generators for RV use. Some pretty good ones out there.
tsk!:)
I predict all will end within a week. But Ive been wrong before.
