Get out your local phone book and look up your bureaucrat and call many times complaining you can’t get through to it(he and she are to patronizing of words). There is a White House website that is asking for things to improve the government so there would be a place to ask for change.

I am surprised the system does not know where you are calling from and automatically direct your call to your rep.

It’s 2017. Do you really think we should be funding hundreds of switcboard operators just so you can call every representive in congress. It is a cost savings that I fully applaud.

Or if you want to be really slick, you could look for an archived copy of the cellphone directory that Guccifer 2.0 posted for a while last year. I wouldn't waste my time suggesting the Wayback Machine as that wouldn't be right...

You once could e-mail these parasites, but now they restricted their access to people in their districts, even when they hold posts like Ryan, which impact everyone.
