Diablo Mt. College took down the rating (FB? Twitter? Can’t remember).
They claimed at the time he was not associated with them — but a lot of people pointed out there were many links in the college web site even if they did purge gim from the directory.
I hope for hard time and he gets a wonderful new 350-lb BFF named Bubba.

Diablo Valley College has posted his bail, given him a 500% raise and tenure, bought him a brand new Mercedes Maybach and hired a lawyer on his behalf to not only fight the charges against the professor but to also sue the bike lock manufacturer for not placing a warning label in multiple languages to avoid using the lock as a head-damaging weapon.
