Heavens! The slick tire loophole! There’ll be blood in the streets! Something must be done! Ban it! For the children!

Only the police should have vehicles this powerful...and automotive executives and professional drivers hired by the rich and government employees. Normal plebs aren’t capable of handling something like this.
